A classic Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, this is one Wakefield’s flagship “St. Andrews” offerings.  There’s the famous Aussie eucalyptus note hovering behind the dark, ripe fruit.  Soft, round, full bodied – sophisticated, yet very easy to drink.  A bit of a splurge at this price point perhaps, but I’d definitely buy another bottle or two.
